Murfreesboro is not just a place; it's my home where I reside with my husband of 22 years and our two sons, ages 18 and 16. Over the past seven years, my journey has been centered around nurturing and homeschooling my boys while pursuing freedom in my own health and wellness.

I intimately understand the struggles of pain, discomfort, brain fog, auto-immune issues, and the confusion surrounding food choices. For far too long, these challenges left me frustrated and feeling trapped. Determined to break free from the constraints of the conventional "world" and uncover the life that God designed for us, I embarked on a personal healing journey.
